New Patients
Comprehensive New-Patient Baseline Panel
Every new patient receives a consistent, comprehensive baseline laboratory panel as part of the initial evaluation process. This panel establishes a complete picture of your current health status and provides the foundation for individualized treatment planning.
Additional laboratory and diagnostic testing is individualized according to the patient's history, symptoms, goals, treatment pathway, and clinical needs.
Baseline panel typically includes:
- —Complete blood count (CBC) with differential
- —Comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP)
- —Lipid panel
- —Thyroid panel (TSH, Free T3, Free T4)
- —Sex hormone panel (testosterone total & free, estradiol, DHEA-S, SHBG)
- —Insulin and fasting glucose
- —HbA1c
- —Inflammatory markers (CRP, homocysteine)
- —Vitamin D (25-OH)
- —Ferritin and iron studies
- —Additional markers individualized to the patient's history and goals

Additional Testing
Beyond the baseline panel, additional testing is recommended based on each patient's individual presentation. This may include specialty hormone panels, advanced cardiovascular markers, micronutrient testing, genetic panels, or other studies relevant to your specific care pathway.

Resting ECG (electrocardiogram) testing is available by appointment. It may be requested as a stand-alone service or included as part of a specific evaluation pathway for individuals who want additional information about their cardiac health.

Radiant Axis offers cash-pay laboratory testing for individuals who want greater access to information about their health — whether or not they are established patients.
Before testing, you may choose how you would like your results handled:
- —Receive a copy of your results through the patient portal without routine interpretation.
- —Have your results sent to a healthcare provider of your choice.
- —Receive a brief written lab review through the patient portal.
- —Schedule a separate consultation for individualized interpretation and next-step recommendations.
Critical or potentially urgent results may require direct communication regardless of the option selected.
Monthly Offering
Monthly Focused Lab Special
$100Each month features a specific cash-pay lab panel for $100, including the blood draw. The panel is offered as listed, without additions or substitutions.
Payment must be received during the featured month to secure the special; the draw may be scheduled later.
Available Year-Round
Year-Round Focused Lab Panels
Separate focused panels are available throughout the year. These offerings have their own pricing and are purchased separately from the monthly special.
